Refund policy

Before activation

If you have not activated your licence key (that is, you have not run npx @dpeluola/ui-styles install --key … with it), you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Email licensing@dpeluola.com with your order ID and we'll process it through the payment provider you used.

After activation

Once a key has been activated, the full product has been delivered to your machine and the purchase is final. This is the normal rule for digital goods that cannot be returned. If something is broken, tell us first; we'd rather fix it.

Mistaken or duplicate purchases

Bought the wrong tier or paid twice? Email us within 14 days and we'll sort it out: upgrade the difference, downgrade and refund, or refund the duplicate.

Your statutory rights

Where the consumer law of the country you live in gives you additional rights, those rights apply and nothing here limits them.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method and are issued by the payment provider. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
