Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you buy: your email address, the tier you bought, the amount and currency, and the order ID from the payment provider. Payment details (card numbers, bank details) are handled entirely by the payment provider; we never see them.
• When you activate a licence key: a hashed machine identifier (derived from your computer's hostname and username, not reversible), the tool you used (e.g. the CLI), the CLI version and the time. This is how seats are counted.
• When you install the free tier: nothing. The free bundle is downloaded without an account, and we don't track who installs it beyond standard server logs (IP address, time, user agent), which are kept for a short period for security.
• When you email us: whatever you send.

What we don't do

• No analytics scripts, advertising pixels or third-party trackers on this site.
• We don't sell or share your data with anyone except the providers below, and only as needed to serve you.
• The CLI never sends your project files, code or prompts anywhere. It only talks to our server to download bundles and check your licence.

Who processes data for us

• Payment providers (named at checkout) process your payment and issue invoices under their own privacy policies.
• Vercel hosts the website and API; Neon hosts the licence database; Resend delivers licence emails.

How long we keep it

Order and licence records are kept for as long as your licence is valid plus the period required for tax and accounting. Activation records are deleted when you deactivate a machine. Server logs are rotated within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to deactivate all machines on your licence, by emailing licensing@dpeluola.com. We'll answer within 14 days. Deleting your licence record means your key stops working.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. The checkout page, hosted by the payment provider, may set its own.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we'll note the date at the top and, for anything affecting existing customers, email you.
